How to process: 

Step 1: use the speed-adjustable Angle Grinder and the coarse abrasive disc (blue backed velour) to perform coarse grinding. Note that the abrasive pad must be flat on the glass, and the speed should be adjusted at about 2500-3000rpm. When the scratches are gone and it turns out lots of glass powder, please turn to next step.

Step 2: After coarse grinding is completed, it shall be replaced with a Fine abrasive disc (green backed velour) for fine grinding. During the operation, please note that the grinding area should be larger than the coarse grinding area to prevent any distortion. In order to ensure the highest effectiveness of grinding, the glass powder on the sanding pad should be removed in time during the operation.

Step 3: Replace with a Polishing Pad (red backed velour), turn to a speed of 5000rpm and spray water before polishing. Polish from down to up. During the polishing process, spray water continuously and observe the polishing effect at the same time. When the glass turns out gloss it is completed.
